This is a proposed project on anti money laundry software:
The Anti-Money Laundering (AML) IT Compliance Team is looking for a Senior Tech Lead. This
role will serve as a Lead Technical specialist on large and complex AML projects. Must operate
independently and provide leadership to a team of developers and be responsible for extracting,
transforming, and loading the data warehouse. In addition, you will develop, maintain, and
support the Enterprise AML data warehouse system. The key responsibilities for this new role
will be
Design and implement high-performance platform, and ad hoc reporting as necessary, such as
query, aggregation and analytics performance with scalability.
Establish performance benchmarks and measures to control bottlenecks at various levels of
data architecture.
Work with global teams to align end to end delivery.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand cross functional requirements and convert
them into reusable service components.
Write SQL code to extract, transform, and load data ensuring compatibility with all tables and
customer specifications.
Work with various levels of software developers to load data into the data warehouse and
identify potential problem areas in the source system.
Actively pursue and recommend areas of improvement for data loading techniques and/or
population order.
Work with internal business clients to problem solve data loading or integrity issues. Collaborate
with the data modeling team to understand, interpret, and implement data warehouse
requirements.
Job Requirements Requires Lead experience within a financial services environment. Must
have excellent consultative and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with
business partners, other systems applications teams and development teams, and ability to
communicate clearly with different levels of management.
B.S. / M.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline or equivalent work
experience.
Strong programming languages knowledge.
Strong conceptual modeling skills and experience in both top down and bottom up data
analysis.
Ability to work under pressure and take ownership of issues. Sense of urgency to solve
problems and propose solutions.
Ability to work within a geographically distributed and culturally diverse development
organization.
Technology Lead
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to multi-task, proactive and attention to detail.
Preferred
Knowledge of the laws applicable to money laundering.
Strong research skills and sound knowledge in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite and
experience with on-line research systems.
Knowledge of banking compliance requirements.
Ability to adapt to multiple client environments.

The root causes of current unrest in whole country especially FATA and FRS are linked with the absence of the opportunities for youth in all sections of life in general and particular in livelihoods. Active participation of the youth in decision making and development of the area is neglected and never given a chance to decide their fate. This made youth of the area frustrated and restless and compelled them to take part in the unhealthy activities. Poverty and the lack of modern curriculum have proved destabilizing factors for Pakistani society as these causes our youth to be exploited by religious organizations banned by the government to run schools and produce militant literature. Eradication of poverty cannot be brought about by charity, but needs first and foremost empowering the poor, focusing on women, and tapping their tremendous potential.
