The main responsibilities will include conduct training workshops; providing practical, verbal and written on going technical assistance in the classrooms; assist program team in identifying areas for training  and technical assistance based  on need analysis and classroom visits; conduct orientation and regular meetings with member of School Councils and heads; update/maintain school profiles; collect success stories for reports; and facilitate team in data collection and baseline survey and submission of reports. 

Skills

The candidates must have a Bachelors/Masters Degree in Education/Social Sciences with 3-5 years teaching experience with young children in reputable private or public sector schools. Experience in training and developing and presenting educational seminars would be useful. The candidates should have a willingness and ability to mentor teachers in public schools in deprived communities. The ideal candidate should have field research skills and report writing experience with proficiency in English and computer usage.
