We are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer with at least 3 years of experience and having expertise/knowledge in React.js and Node.js and should be able to work individually and with the team with minimum direction required.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a user-friendly website that perfectly meets the design and functionality specifications of the client
- Design, implement and manage websites using WordPress
- Collaborate with members of a creative team
- Manage front-end and back-end website development
- Develop custom WordPress plug-ins and themes
- Don't hesitate to work with any theme & plugins
- Maintain well-documented, reusable, and transferrable code
- Troubleshoot and resolve website problems for clients and co-workers
- Stay abreast of new developments in software, trends, and practices
- Be a positive, humble, and contributing member of the team
- Designing and building WordPress websites
- Conducting website performance tests (Optimize site speed)
Skills:
- Proficiency using WordPress
- Good understanding of front-end technologies
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Experience using debugging tools such as Firebug and Chrome Inspector
- Strong understanding of front-end and back-end website development
- Keen attention to detail
- Experience in WooCommerce and its customization with hooks and custom code is a plus point
- Ability to customize and developing themes & plugins
- An ideal candidate should be comfortable using front-end page builders like Elementor, Divi, and WPbakery Builders
- Can use any type of optimization/cache plugins like WpRocket and other image & cache plugins
- Can work with CDN's like Cloudflare, etc.
- Ability to research and troubleshoot a solution independently
- Comfortable working with debugging tools like Chrome inspector, etc.
- Ability to add custom CSS to WordPress website
- Ability to convert wireframes into WordPress website
