BG is looking for a talented PPC Ads Specialist to join their team and take charge of planning, executing, and optimizing impactful pay-per-click campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on management to improve search engine marketing (SEM) performance and maximize return on investment. The specialist will analyze campaign metrics, conduct in-depth keyword research, and develop data-driven strategies. Collaboration with Content, SEO, and Analytics teams is essential to align PPC efforts with overall marketing goals. Additionally, the role involves mentoring team members and staying updated on the latest PPC trends to foster continuous growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns to meet and exceed business objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and continuously analyze campaign performance data.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign results and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure PPC strategies complement broader marketing initiatives.
- Optimize ad copy and landing pages to boost conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), juggle multiple projects efficiently, and keep up with emerging trends in PPC advertising.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or relevant degree, preferably in Marketing or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of PPC platforms, sales funnels, and campaign management strategies.
- Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
