Pragmedic Solution is a 14 year company formed by a group of Physicians, IT Professionals, Marketers and Consultants. We have a fair presence with our Healthcare Applications Products/Solutions in USA and UAE. We are looking to launch our Marketing and Sales activities in Pakistan.
We are looking for an energetic motivated and highly experienced individual to join our team and lead our marketing and sales efforts.
Director of Marketing Reporting to CEO, the Director/Sales of Marketing is responsible for planning and implementing communications plans design to generate leads, raise brand awareness and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Our Director of Marketing/Sales will develop creative integrated multi-channel communications and measure the returns on all initiatives.
The Director of Marketing will work closely with our Inside Sales Manager to establish a seamless transitional interface between lead generation and lead management. The Makes Bridge platform will be the primary tool of execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive outbound and inbound marketing plan.
- Ensure creative and messaging tone is consistent with our product strategy and values.
- Manage marketing budget for staffing and resources
- Identify and manage required vendors to execute the marketing communications plan.
- Be accountable for presenting results.
- Develop replicable marketing programs and place them.
- Develop replicable marketing templates for our partners.
- Oversee User training collateral.
- Enhance current Customer Relationship Management processes and technologies
- Conduct research and evaluation of vendor solutions and manage relationships.
- Recruit and motivate team of highly skilled marketing professionals.
- Identify areas of process improvement – example lead generation to sales pipeline transitions.
- Maintain knowledge of marketing trends, developments and best practices.
- Implement a brand recognition initiative and measurement process.
Job Requirements
- University degree or diploma
- Minimum of 7+ years experience in marketing management
- Exceptional knowledge and success with contemporary marketing ecosystems – email ,social, automation, quality scoring, and alerts.
- Strong project management and performance measurement skills
- Ability to develop strong relationships with all team members
- Able to compile and analyze performance data to develop metrics and use them to supportchange recommendations
- Knowledge of WordPress, SlideShare, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Healthcare Experience specially Pharmaceuticals is plus plus.
