A growing company in Food Industry requires a Customer Service Manager to head the online portfolio of the business. The responsibilities include:
- Answering customer queries over the phone, facebook and emails,
- Processing the online orders into the system,
- Answer queries related to the product and ensure a five star customer service
- Answer queries related to the quality and packaging
- Follow up on the late or undelivered orders with the courier company
- Liase with Finance and Packaging team to prepare sales summary.
The idea candidate should be:
- Punctual and have a strong work ethic
- Posses excellent phone manners
- Proficient in the use of MS Office, Email and Social MediaA good listener and well spoken
- Have an ability to address customer queries calmly and professionally.
