Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies. Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations and other queries:

  • Act as a company word of mouth.
  • Greet customers warmly and assertion problem or reason for calling.
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone or e-mail and later up-sell opportunity.
  • Use telephone line and e-mails to reach out to customers and verify account information.
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds or exchanges.
  • Advise on Company information.
  • Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions and assist accordingly.
  • Attempts to persuade customer to reconsider cancelation. 
  • Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
