Responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring that the assigned collection and recovery targets are met through establishing contacts on the phone, messages and emails.
- Keeping track of outstanding receivables.
- Generating invoices and account statements of the customers.
- Performing account reconciliations.
- Following up on major debtors' accounts assigned to ensure recoveries through calls.
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records.
- Assisting Accounts Manager in reconciling revenue accounts each month.
- Handling customers' questions or complaints.
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A University degree in any related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and databases
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills
- Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
