We are looking for a Customer relationship officer, who can manage the ongoing level of engagement with customers and maintain a positive image of the company.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by maintaining strong working relationships.
Handle client issues throughout the implementation life cycle in a timely and accurate fashion.
Manage and train new resources to ensure quality and consistency of service to customers.
Schedule and conduct status meetings with appropriate development resources and customers.
Provide proper refund and compensation to customers on time, while coordinating with the relevant department
Assist sales team in business acquisitions, planning, retention and management.
Maintain complete and accurate customer correspondence data.
Managing client relationships to build a reputation for excellent service and generate repeat business.
Negotiate and manage agreements through business contract process.
Sharing the ongoing project information to the customers while sharing the daily company’s activities uploaded on Digital Media.
Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing them.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
A minimum of 1 years’ experience in relevant field.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
