Premier Choice – a leading international real estate organization, with multiple mega-projects in Pakistan, UAE and US is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager, who will work closely with the Head of Marketing & senior management to design & manage effective marketing campaigns. Ideal individual must have in-depth understanding of how to plan, implement, manage and monitor campaigns & budgets across different platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, plan and execute pay-per-click advertising campaigns
- Create creative ad copies and captions according to the current trends and nature of our business
- Collect data, generate reports and carry out leading performance data
- Forecast Leads & ROI
- Undertake keyword research and report on a weekly basis
- Generate Reporting (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
- Define and implement goal tracking
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing content
- Test and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs and targets
- Understand and analyze trends in results data to maximize return on investment
- Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improving traffic and ROI
- Perform market and competitor research, analyses, and implement the best plan of action
- Budget pacing, audience analysis, and optimization
- Keeping up to date with industry trends
- Keep on top of industry advances and appropriate tools to enhance paid search channels
Skills and Experience:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing
- A proven track record of running ads campaign in the various markets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in building campaigns
- Strong understanding of media research and AI tools
- Keen attention to detail and an analytical approach to achieving objectives
- Expert in Search Engine Marketing
- Experience with Search Networks, Display Networks, and YouTube Ads
