Head of Marketing

Premier Choice– a leading international real estate organization, with multiple mega-projects in Pakistan, UAE and US is looking to hire a Marketing Head, who will work with senior management to support strategic planning activities by providing actionable recommendations based on assessments of markets and competitors, both existing and potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand end-state business objectives and develop comprehensive digital industry, competitors and customer preferences insights in order to capture incremental benefits, impact on P&L and market share along with growth projections
Collect data on digital customer’s life style, financial behavior, peer benchmarking and consolidating information into actionable points.
Present analysis results and strategic recommendations for ongoing product development.
Provide competitive analysis on digital offerings, market trends, pricing, and business and distribution models.
Identify latest innovations, technology solutions, Fintech developments in digital space and recommend feasible solutions to meet the needs of changing customer behavior.
Scan the internal and external environment to leverage new sources of customer data in order to anticipate customer needs, address existing gaps in product suit and capture new markets.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s (preferably Master’s) Degree in Marketing, Branding, Commerce or any other relevant field from an HEC recognized university
At least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience (preferably in Real Estate or Construction industry).
