The selected applicants will be tasked with:

Good knowledge of Pakistan Property Law and Real estate.
Establishing, maintaining, and expanding the company's client base while fulfilling the needs of existing client's business needs.
Must have training skills.
Managing/Coaching the assigned team while ensuring that all company policies & procedures are adhered to.
Developing & implementing sales strategies also conducting analyses of sales activities against set targets/goals by the company.
Compiling & analyzing sales figures, market trends,customer-buying trends, developing suitable business models.
Discovering new customer needs & developing KPIs, ROI's monthly reports.
Intermediate to advanced research and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional stakeholder management, on and off-site
Ability to work both independently and lead projects as well as a team-member
Positive work attitude
Ability to manage tight deadlines and shifting priorities

Critical thinking skills

Education: Bachelors or Masters in Business Marketing & Sales.

Experience: 5 Years and 5-8 of hands-on retain, sales, and distribution team management skills.
