We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals
- Visiting similar businesses to get acquainted with the current market norms in the field.
- Negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Site visit, if and when needed
- Achieve the monthly sales target assigned by the manager
- Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements, and lease contracts
- after-sales support
- Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network.
Besides that, the task assigned by the management, from time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in any sales-related Job with a Bachelor’s degree in a similar discipline or related field.
- Good communication skills.
- Command on Microsoft office
- Strong interpersonal skills
