We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities.

- Actively seeking new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Meeting prospects/clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals
- Visiting similar businesses to get acquainted with the current market norms in the field.
- Negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Site visiting, if and when needed
- Achieve the monthly sales target assigned by the manager
- Overseeing the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements, and lease contracts
- Participating in seminars, conferences, and events to improve existing job knowledge and expand personal network.
- Commission-base sales targets
- Any other task(s) assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum one (01) year of experience (preferably in real-estate sales)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Good communication skills.
- Command on Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal skills
