We are looking for a sales manager who can actively manage a sales team, and contribute to the growth of the company.

Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Coordinating with the Customer Relationship Manager to improve the business.
Arranging an in-house training on monthly bases to motivate and enhance the team skills.
Conducting surveys on weekly bases on competing properties in the market and update the team
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company base.
Managing Recruiting, target setting, coaching, and performance monitoring.
Leading the team by providing guidance, training, and mentoring.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Coordinating with social media manager on necessary lead generation.
Promoting the organization and products.
Coordinating with other relevant departments to improve the sales services and branding of the company and
Any other task(s) assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements:

Minimum five (05) years of experience in real estate sales.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a similar discipline.
Strong communication skills
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Command in Microsoft Office
Strong Interpersonal Skill
