The selected applicants will be tasked with:
- Good knowledge of Pakistan Property Law and Real estate.
- Establishing, maintaining, and expanding the company's client base while fulfilling the needs of existing client's business needs.
- Must have training skills.
- Managing/Coaching the assigned team while ensuring that all company policies & procedures are adhered to.
- Developing & implementing sales strategies also conducting analyses of sales activities against set targets/goals by the company.
- Compiling & analyzing sales figures, market trends,customer-buying trends, developing suitable business models.
- Discovering new customer needs & developing KPIs, ROI's monthly reports.
- Intermediate to advanced research and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management, on and off-site
- Ability to work both independently and lead projects as well as a team-member
- Positive work attitude
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and shifting priorities

Education: Bachelors or Masters in Business Marketing & Sales.
Experience: 5 Years and 5-8 of hands-on retain, sales, and distribution team management skills.
