We are looking for active, energetic and confident individuals for the sales of the company.
1. Data Collection:
The said Sales Representative will be responsible for collecting database of the specified area allocated by the manager. The data must include but not be limited to: name of the owner of the premises, complete postal address, and phone number if possible and a general analysis of the social status of the prospect.
2. Data Analysis and Filtering:
Once the data of the specified region is collected, the said sales representative will discuss this with the Asst. Manager Sales and filter the prudent prospects. The Asst. Manager Sales to guide the representative on final sales pitch altered according to the filtered out prospects.
3. Door to Door Rounds:
The said sales representative to then move to door to door campaign only for the filtered out leads by Asst. Sales Manager. During this the representative needs to make sure every important aspect of the sales pitch is rightly delivered.
4. Deliver the Sales Pitch:
This will be pre-monitored, guided, practiced and evaluated sales pitch by the Asst. Sales Manager. The representative post the field visit would have to give a summary of the day allowing the Asst. Sales Manager to evaluate the quality and effectiveness of the pitch. Later guide the representative accordingly.
5. SAP Entry:
The said representative to be given a basic license for Lead Entry. The sales employee marked should be the representative himself so that at the end of the probation period, the performance can be evaluated.
6. Quote Formation:
The said representative will be taught on how to make a quote but after the first month, for the first month this duty will belong to the Assistant Sales Manager. It would be a part of the said Manager’s JD to train these individuals on CRM Module of SAP B1.
7. Allocation to the Manager:
Once the lead is mature and needs to be sent a final quote, the Assistant Manager Sales, on approval of the Manager Sales, will then give a call to the client, close the deal on the decided terms and conditions.
8. Follow-up with the immediate Manager:
Keeping in view the busy schedule of the office staff, it would be the duty of the said sales representative to remind their manager about a specific lead (as and when required in case of delay in required action)
