A leading group of industries is looking for experienced `General Manager steel plant`. Melting sections and re rolling millPreparation & implementations of systems, policies & procedure to facilitate internal control.Formulating budgets& conducting variance analysis and implementing corrective actions Maintenance and operations of plants.He will be managing all the management stuff. He will be responsible for HR, Admin Operations, R&D & plant expansions. He will design systematic hierarchy process to the company.He will also be looking Plant and Production side. Designing different types of Reports for Performance evaluation to provide Management with information that fully captures performance of the plant and its individual sectors.Responsible for developing and implementing goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to plant management as per budget.Establishes system controls for new plants and develop procedures to improve existing systems.ERP Reporting System, strong Decision-making skills, analytical skills and problem-solving to interface and manage vendors.Attractive Salary with benefits awaits the qualified candidate.Education: MBA / bachelors in engineering / CA.Personal with previous experience as GM in steel industry will be preferred. In case no such option pops up personal from other fields with experience as GM will also be considered.
