A renowned Security Company is looking to hire for a Security Associate Position deployed at a client’s production plants on urgent basis. The shortlisted candidates will be required to report for duty from 01st April 2018.
The candidate should have excellent communication skills and ability to produce written reports. A strong knowledgebase in Physical as well as Security Technology such as CCTV, Access Controls, and Logistical Management Software etc. Should be able to ensure that Security and HSE policies and procedures are implemented on daily basis. Have in depth knowledge in Personal Protection Equipment. Provide daily supervision of all security staff including Site Supervisors, Security Guards, Female Patrollers and CCTV Operators.
Resolve any security related issues that arise at the site. Strong liaison with local law enforcement agencies and collate threat information for Corporate Security Department. Record all data relevant on-site security operations and submit daily reports as per the agreed format. Function as the lead supervisor for Incident Response Management on site. Provide security training to Guard Force and Client Staff.
The candidate should meet the following criteria:
• Should have a minimum of high school degree with three (3) years of security experience working in supervisory role.
• Mandatory Military / Police background experience to assist with building relationships with law enforcement agencies.
• Should be able to read and write English.
