The company is looking for a competent Control Room Operator (CRO) to help with running the logistics and daily administrative functions in support of travel management.

The ideal candidate will be willing to learn new functions, work under pressure and support variety of office tasks. Attention to detail and high level of operational discretion is required due to the nature of work. Candidates with excellent writing skills and ability to compile reports in proper English will be preferred.

Job Description:

• Operate all the functions, to agreed levels, within it including CCTV, Panic / Fire Alarm and telephonic and radio systems, as well as the distribution of vehicle keys, recording details in the logbook as appropriate.

• Record and track movement of all staff while at work. This includes recording and tracking of staff in the field due to work assignments.

• Operate security-related equipment such as access control for pedestrians and vehicles as per the Standards Operating Procedures (SOP), ensuring the equipment remains functional and reporting any faults to the supervisor.

• Monitor vehicle tracking system, maintain logs of all movement and coordinate logistics support as per staff requirements or as directed by the supervisor.

• Monitor local and national news feeds and report any serious incidents to the supervisor as per the SOP. Send SMS alerts after approval of the supervisor.

• Direct support to attend incidents and help co-ordinate situations with the supervisor.

• Record all incidents in the appropriate format and write concise and accurate incident reports as necessary.

• Carry out special duties as directed by the supervisor.

Qualifications, Skills, Education and Experience:

• High School Graduate.

• Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Urdu language.

• Basic-intermediate computer skills are essential.

• An ability to act calmly and make decisions in difficult/crisis situations.

• Recent experience of working in a busy operational environment will be preferred.
