Ex-Military Officer Preferred
Please note that this is a SECURITY OFFICER position and kindly only apply if you have previous minimum 5 years of SECURITY INDUSTRY experience.
Command and control the security setup and ensure that the security team members are adequately informed, skilled, equipped and supervised to conduct their duties safely
Ensure that the Security Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and relevant protocols are followed at all times.
Gather and analyze information required for the planning, rehearsal and safe execution of movement security.
Submit, in time, the required documentation for the approval of security support for outstation travel and events according to SOPs.
Build and develop client relationships to achieve mutually agreed goals.
Liaise/meet with the client in an appropriate manner.
Prepare and conduct briefings to client(s) and Management during the planning and execution of security support.
Report all incidents and manage on site support.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the security infrastructure. Where appropriate escalate these to Security Manager for visibility.
Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise security team members, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
Deliver team training in accordance with direction from the Security Manager.
Plan, coordinate, administrate and execute the day to day team administration and training.
Accurately compile and on time long sheets.
Maintain a high standard of welfare, morale and discipline within the security team.
To provide immediate emergency medical support to personnel under your responsibility.
Ensure all medical equipment and supplies are maintained, serviced and in date.
Keep up to date with all documentation prepared in support of security work.
