We are looking for Senior Software Developer with expert level Oracle application development experience on Oracle technologies including but not limited to Oracle 6i/9i/11g forms / reports / APEX /ADF / WCC / OBIEE.
Qualifications/Skills
To be an ideal candidate;
- You must have a solid understanding of modern web applications from database to browser.
- You must have a proficiency in SQL and extensive experience with database driven applications.
- You must be an excellent communicator in both technical and non-technical contexts.
- You must have a record of working to deadlines in a rapid development cycle and prioritizing competing demands.
- Pride in your work and a desire to delight the customer should motivate you to take initiative, take responsibility, and take ownership of your projects.
Required Education, Skills & Experiences
- B.S. in computer engineering or equivalent, non-I.T. graduates having exceptional expert level experience may also apply.
- Significant hands-on development experiences with Oracle (6i/9i/11g) PL/SQL and APEX a MUST
- 3+ years’ solid software development experience
- 3+ years using SQL experience
- 1-3 years’ experience with at least one of the following languages: Java, PHP, or C++
- Understanding of HTTP, Internet protocols, Web browsers
- Superior communication skill
- Those having exceptional skills may be considered with less then 5 years experience
Nice To Have:
- Familiarity with the Agile and Lean software development methodologies and version control
- Experience with jQuery, XML/JSON, LINQ, HTML5/CSS3, WPF/XAML a plus
- Experience with PL/SQL, T-SQL and C# a plus
