We are hiring a Customer Support Executive to manage customer queries and complaints for US Based company.

  • You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.
  • Excellent Communication skills is a must

Responsibilities:

  • Answering customers queries and try to resolve them.
  • Answering customers questions on the phone.  
  • Analyzing information
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  •  Excellent communication skills.
  •  Min. 1-year experience working in a US-based Call Center as a CSR.
  •  Creative thinking skills.
  •  Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
  •  Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  •  The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.

Job Timings:

  • Night Shift (5pm-2am)

Contract length:

  • 12 months

Job Types:

  • Full-time,

Contract Salary:

  • 30,000 to Rs60,000.00 per month
