We are hiring a Customer Support Executive to manage customer queries and complaints for US Based company. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. Excellent Communication skills is a must Responsibilities: Answering customers queries and try to resolve them. Answering customers questions on the phone. Analyzing information Identify and assess customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction Requirements: Excellent communication skills. Min. 1-year experience working in a US-based Call Center as a CSR. Creative thinking skills. Working knowledge of relevant computer software. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers. Job Timings: Night Shift (5pm-2am) Contract length: 12 months Job Types: Full-time, Contract Salary: 30,000 to Rs60,000.00 per month
