A Canada-based company providing medical services is looking for bright individuals with excellent English speaking skills for 'Data Entry and CSR (Customer Service Representatives) positions.
In this job, you will be responsible for maintaining provider credentialing information and ensure to operate within compliance of local, state and federal medical regulations. The required candidate will also be responsible for data entry of 'imaging requisitions'. Training will be provided.
The selected candidate will:
- Compile and maintain current data for all affiliated medical providers
- Ensure that all personnel and services adhere to facility and staff policies, department guidelines, and governmental regulations
- Maintain personal knowledge of and compliance with credentialing, regulatory, and accreditation requirements
- Prepare materials for internal and external regulatory audits; participate in audits and regulatory interviews
- Verify the status of all State Medical Licenses, Board Certifications, OIG and SAM sanction reports
- Comply with all HIPAA and TJC rules and regulations
What we are looking for:
- Masters in health science or a closely allied field (Preferred)
- Experience in the healthcare industry or closer
- Excellent interpersonal skills; must be able to maintain effective relationships with providers, management, staff, and other organizational contacts
- Proficient navigating and effectively using various digital resources (MS Office, databases, internet, etc.)
- The company will train but looking for someone who is a self-learner
- Answering calls
- Can manage night shifts
- Female candidates, after successful interview, may be given the option of home-based opportunity
- Fluent English Speaking is a MUST with excellent comprehension skills
