We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates
- Support the onboarding process for new hires
- Maintain employee records and databases
- Help organize HR events and initiatives
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Support the HR team in compliance and policy matters
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in HR, Business, or related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
