• Communicate regularly with customers and project managers on project regarding job concerns and operational issues.
  • Achieve annual revenue and gross margin goals.
  • Establish relation with Consultants, end users, key vendors through leads and networking with previous customers.
  • To be able to advice the clients for most suitable options for their tours.
  • To maintain close communication with relevant clients all the time on the progress of the bookings.
  • To be able to identify opportunities to improve operational and services procedures.
  • Supporting the planning process and ensure key performance indicators are in and to make sure that your all staff have all resources for task completion.
  • Having a key eye on budget and budgetary changes.
