We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. In this role, you will greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and provide general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Maintain the reception area and keep it tidy
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus
  • Friendly, professional attitude
