  • To process all demands of various departments for approval by the management.
  • To place purchase orders after approval.
  • To receive and ensure correctness of the items as per the PO.
  • To stack and store all items as per inventory control practices.
  • To establish reorder quantity of each item, using data of previous demands and initiate demand automatically, after approval of the management.
  • To ensure availablity of each requisite item at all the time, based on the previous demand activity.
  • To maintain inventory of all items in offices and issue these on proper issue voucher, duly signed by the concerned employee.
  • To keep record of shelf life items, their appropraite storage under controlled temperature and other storage conditions.
