Premium Engineering Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated Trainee Engineer with a strong foundation in Civil or Mechanical Engineering to join our team in Lahore. This role suits fresh graduates who are eager to apply their academic knowledge to real-world engineering projects. The Trainee Engineer is responsible for acquiring essential technical skills, including technical drawing and drafting, conducting basic inspection and testing, and proficient use of various engineering tools. The ideal candidate holds a valid PEC Registration/Card and demonstrates a strong learning attitude and willingness to collaborate within a team environment, specifically managing and coordinating with a team of four persons. Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and interpretation of technical drawings and engineering designs according to project requirements.
- Perform basic inspection and testing on materials and components to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Utilize engineering tools effectively for measurements, analysis, and project execution tasks.
- Support senior engineers in project planning, documentation, and execution by providing accurate data and progress reports.
- Participate actively in team meetings and collaborate with a team of four to achieve project objectives and timelines.
- Comply with all safety and quality regulations during engineering activities and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Engage in continuous learning and skills improvement by staying updated with industry best practices and technical innovations.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of inspection results, testing procedures, and project developments.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and consultants as necessary to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Assist in troubleshooting engineering issues and recommend practical solutions based on technical analysis and observations.
- Take responsibility for managing daily tasks within the team, assigning work as needed, and ensuring clear communication across team members.
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt to changing project needs and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work output.
