RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handling and accommodating walk-in clients and answering their queries.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person.
- To ensure the cleanliness of reception area and make it fit to be seen with all necessary stationary material such as pens, sheets, stapler etc.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily letters, packages etc. and distribute them.
- Update calendars, booking and setting out travel arrangements, arranging meetings and organizing appointments.
- Assist in creating effective employee on-boarding and orientation plans.
- To answer all incoming calls and redirect them to the desired person or keep messages.
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels.
- To ensure the arrangement of maintenance workers as required if in any case problem occurs in the office such as break down of AC, Lift maintenance work etc.)
- Providing general office support to staff.
