• Correspond with all the advertising and marketing vendors.
  • Manage printing and stock of all stationery supplies.
  • Manage print advertising. Keep records of all our print ads with their artworks and quotations.
  • Manage digital media including website, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.
  • Manage OOH advertising including site boards installation at sites in process, vehicles branding etc.
  • Look after showroom branding and interior inside and outside.
  • Manage After Sales Services department including:

a.      Sending cards and greetings to completed clients.

b.      Get the newly installed kitchens photographed.

c.       Arrange a complementary visit of carpenter to provide a standard maintenance service after six months.

d.      Look after all the complaints received and record their details and bills.

  • Design, plan and execute creative activities on all annual events including New year, Eids, Independence Day etc.
  • Maintain proper records of all marketing activities and stuff including art files, quotations, images, etc.
  • Visit factory or any site, if required, for any marketing purpose like product shoots.
  • Assist in HR activities.
  • Understand Brand guideline and make sure its application in all the activities.
  • Assist in designing, planning and executing all the marketing collateral.
  • Arrange birthdays of all employees.
  • Respond to customer queries received online or on phone calls.

Maintain database of:

a.      All possible details of clients completed (Excel sheets maintained). Keep scanned documents.

b.      Stationery supplies issued to employees

c.       Uniform issued to employees.

d.      Marketing collateral stock including catalogues, brochures etc.

e.      PVC samples issued to employees.

  • Transfer all data to hard drive after regular intervals.
