We are looking for an energetic, responsible & sales career oriented individual who is willing to take on daily tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Track sales meeting as scheduled, activities and follow up sales order progress at weekly basis
- Assist walk-in customers by guiding them about the company’s products used in installing kitchens and also have an ability to make them understand about the planning and execution of their preferred color scheme and layout.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills especially persuasion to clearly convey the benefits of materials to potential customers.
- Visit sites whenever it is required and also cross-functional collaboration with site supervisor and design team to address customers queries smoothly and effectively.
- Responsible to achieve monthly and quarterly volume targets.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by assessing professional publications and by monitoring competitors’ activities.
- Assuring client satisfaction by coordinating and responding to client queries.
- Maintain record of old clients in order to maintain prolong customer lifetime value.
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and concerns.
- Keep management informed about their sales order activities in weekly and monthly meetings.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy and a sense of personal accountability.
- Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel.
