· Understand customer’s needs and wants.
· Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
· Make site visits whenever required.
· Maintain records of all orders from booking till delivery.
· Maintain monthly, quarterly and annual reports of personal sales.
· Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
· Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
· Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
· Will work with Sales Manager for approvals, maintaining client records and proposals through filing retrieval, retention, storage, compilation and updating on consistent basis.
· Foster positive relations within all departments.
Must be well versed in Microsoft Excel & Word.
Candidates with Architectural degree or diploma will be preferred.
