We are looking for a young and energetic customer service representative for our online store. Job duties will be as follows:
- Calling customers for order confirmation, feedback, return parcels and follow up with courier company
- Replying customers on facebook, whatsapp, instagram and email and provide them with information about product and service
- Maintaining orders and stock movement
- Maintaining inventory on POS software
- Timing 10 to 7 pm
- Mon - Sat
- Fluent in English
- Must be very good in EXCEL
- Excellent SELLING, Communication and Negotiation skills
- Must be a Quick Learner
