- Identify and reduce all business and financial risks through effective implementation and monitoring of controls.
- Develop, implement and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with local and international best practice.
- Verification of all employee salaries against attendance sheets.
- Review and verification of Withholding taxes against salaries and other payments.
- Audit of all PRG inventory and other Assets on periodic basis.
- Communications and collaboration with Vendors and other contractual parties like tax consultants, Rental building providers, internet providers, drinking water and departmental stores for tax and accounting matters.
- Periodic stock taking of all inventory of both offices.
- Communication and collaboration with all the departments in defining of best possible procedures and highlighting the issues in the best interest of PRG.
- Ensure complete, accurate and timely audit information is reported to Management.
- Regular meetings with managers and operational staff to check operations working smoothly.
Accounts:
- Preparation and presentation of financial statements.
- Reporting of all expenditure detail and banking details to Assistant Manager Accounts and Audit.
- Evaluation and identification of financial risk and threats and report to Assistant Manager Accounts and Audit.
Qualification and Requirments:
- A Masters/Bachelors in Finance & Accounting
- QuickBooks/Excel Software Proficiency
- 1-3 Year working experience
- Good Written and Verbal English
- Willing to work in Night shift
- Working days are 5 in off season and in tax season working days are 06.
