We are hiring 2 Customer Service Representative for an E-Commerce business to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to confirm orders, process orders, make any modifications, and escalate/resolve customer complaints. The ideal candidate will be able to handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls or both and to create a positive experience for each caller. When you're not answering and processing phone calls, you'll work on developing new projects for the company.

Shift: 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls, emails, and live chats
  • Fluent Urdu and Spoken English
  • Communicating with customers
  • Processing orders, applications, and requests.
  • Maintaining records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma (Intermediate), general education degree or equivalent.
  • Previous experience at a call center
  • Comfortable using computers and social media
  • Experience working with customer support
