We are hiring 2 Customer Service Representative for an E-Commerce business to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to confirm orders, process orders, make any modifications, and escalate/resolve customer complaints. The ideal candidate will be able to handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls or both and to create a positive experience for each caller. When you're not answering and processing phone calls, you'll work on developing new projects for the company.
