- The candidate chosen for this role will be responsible for optimizing our digital campaigns as well as collaborating with internal departments such as product, marketing, and ops to implement end-to-end marketing strategy.
- In addition, they will be responsible for leading the approach and outcomes for our attempts to engage consumers and accelerate company development across Pakistan.
- Candidate will be tasked with monitoring and reporting the success of all digital marketing strategies, evaluating against targets (ROI and KPIs), detecting trends and findings, maximizing marketing spend and performance based on the insights, and brainstorming new and creative growth strategies.
- They will work closely with the digital marketing team, prepare and management budget, as well as analyze data to detect challenges and opportunities.
- They will also be responsible for reviewing other emerging platforms and keeping the business up to date with digital media trends, as well as exploring customer engagement and retention tactics, tracking user interactions and funnels, and defining OKRs (objectives and key results) for channel experiences.
