As a member of our Customer Support Team, you'll be on the front line of our relationship with our customers. You'll be managing live chat and WhatsApp conversations, providing support to our Call Centre on a wide range of issues. You’ll be results driven, and ready to take on challenging KPIs, while maintaining excellent customer service.Duties and Responsibilities
- Being the first point of troubleshooting customers when they reach out for assistance.
- Resolving customer queries, questions, and complaints via live chat, email or phone
- Helping new customers get up to speed quickly, triaging issues, and answering questions from potential customers.
- Maintaining our internal knowledge base.
- Communicating to customers primarily via phone and live chat.
- Representing the voice of the customer to our In-House teams.
- Helping our team identify where we can better meet the needs of our customers.
- Collaborating with your teammates to troubleshoot complex problems

Note: Our Call Centre is based in Islamabad.
