Application Support Specialist help to analyze and support the application issues.

These individuals will be engaged in aggressive hands on learning of products and services, industry standards, operational and implementation mythologies to deliver top quality client relationship management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Help analyze, troubleshoot and support complex implementation and application issues in the clinical, operational and billing aspects.
  • Must be able to document and follow system change control procedures for the system.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of key indicators, standards, and processes related to EMR systems.
  • Research, analyze, facilitate and implement business and system workflows in order to expedite process improvement and coordinate business practices.
  • Client Communication via phone, email and chat
  • Implementation requires analyzing client’s data and create templates, Data Migration from one EHR to another, creating favorites lists etc
  • Training Clients, consulting as well as Go-Live Support
  • Identify Bugs and report to the concerned department
  • Analyze current workflows and suggest any improvement that can make the software user friendly.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Prima Systems management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2- 5 years of healthcare application support experience
  • Exceptional analytical, problem solving, engagement and communication skills
  • People friendly, disciplined, organized and dedicated
  • Ability to quickly resolve complex problems without supervision.
