Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will work on Patient Support.
- You will be working closely with our team to respond the patient quires by using specific software.
- You should be willing to help seniors with assigned by tasks.
- Problem definition, data collection to determine best processes and methods for problem-solving.
- Create, input, format and update a variety of projects and reports
Qualification/Eligibility:
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Commerce/Computer Science.
- Students/Female are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Experience of having worked in IT industry would be a definite advantage.
