The IT support Officer will be responsible to provide following support services on-site at Office in Pakistan.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Responding promptly to service issues and requests.
- Setting up accounts for new users & access management for existing users
- Networking Installation and Troubleshooting
- CCTV footage retrieving
- Local server maintenance
Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in relevant field
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience
- Ability to work late hours in case support is needed remotely to clients abroad.
- Willing to work on Off days if required.
- Responsible & Result Oriented person
- Good Communication Skill
