We are looking for a Accounts / Finance Manager  having minimum 5 to 10 years of professional working experience of accounting with excellent administrative and analytical financial skills to join our team. The Finance Manager will work closely with senior management to ensure the financial health of the company.

𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦:

  • Providing and interpreting financial information
  • Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends
  • Analysing change and advising accordingly
  • Formulating strategic and long-term business plans
  • Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance
  • Analysing competitors and market trends
  • Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk
  • Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
  • Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
  • Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
  • Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers, and statutory organizations such as the Inland Revenue
  • Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines
  • Managing budgets
  • Arranging new sources of finance for a company's debt facilities
  • Supervising staff
  • Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.

𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘, 𝗦𝗞𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗦, 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗞𝗡𝗢𝗪𝗟𝗘𝗗𝗚𝗘:

  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of professional working experience in other organizations (Preferably Call Centers)
  • Up-to-date knowledge in matters related to, Income tax, Sales tax, Excise duty, and CVT
  • Efficiently manage the tax audit process initiated by the tax
  • Strong knowledge of core accounting/finance concepts and accounting standards or principles
  • High proficiency in financial modeling & good IT literacy (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to think strategically, with strong influencing and leadership skills
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills and good commercial acumen
  • High sense of urgency, and work ethic, and must be flexible to work in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision; must be a self-starter
  • Must demonstrate financial responsibility and reliability
