We are looking for an Assistant To MD to oversee all aspects of administrative tasks, having at least 6 months of Experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Managing Director in the preparation of all documentation required for key decision-making as required.
- HR/recruitment support: providing administrative support on all aspects of HR and recruitment, including coordination of staff and volunteer coaching and supervision.
- Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews, and recommending changes.
- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors.
- Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong grip on Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Comfortable with night shifts.
