Job Description

Ideal candidate would have good English fluency and ability to carry out conversation, target oriented approach, call center experience preferably, should be hard working, self-motivated and a good team player. Candidates must require 6 months call center experience. Fresh and new Qualified Agents can also apply if they are fluent in English and we prefer if Applicant has previous Telesales experience in a US/ campaign. In return, an applicant would get a handsome basic salary and commissions. And a genuine opportunity to progress. Extra Commission + bonus

Salary: 30,000-100,000

Basic Salary: Rs.16,000

Punctuality/Attendance Bonus: Rs.5,000

Performance Bonus: Rs.5,000

Quality Bonus: Rs.4,000
