We are looking for Call Center Agents (fresh and experienced individuals) with great verbal communication skills in English, for US based projects/campaigns.
To be a part of our company, you should:
- Must be able to speak Excellent English
- Able to work at night shift
- Must not be enrolled in any educational curriculum or involved at any full/part time job.
- Willing to work for minimum 12 months and sign a one-year contract
The role offered by the company entails:
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Should be target oriented, hardworking and punctual.
- Managing large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
- Applicant should preferably have previous Telesales experience in a US campaign.
- Fresh candidates with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
