We, as PRIME BPO are seeking for SEO Expert to join our Team for our multiple office and able to work in a Night Shift in a reputable organisation amoung BPO Sales industry.
Experienced required:
1-2 Years of experience as a SEO Specialist
Education:
Bachelors in relevent field.
The role offered by the company entails;
- Drive the SEO strategy and tactical plan for assigned projects
- Develop on-site and off-site SEO strategies to drive qualified traffic and leads.
- Create technical roadmap to address crawlability challenges, and bring site in-line with SEO best practices
- Identify KPIs that needs to be tracked in order to gauge the health of the SEO program and the success of various tests and initiatives.
- Own and manage all reporting associated with the SEO
- Implement content strategies that align with the projects assigned interested audience, with the goal of increasing awareness and driving traffic respective websites.
- Play an advisory role to IT team, ensuring SEO best practices and recommendations are incorporated into site structure, blog, etc.
- Work with IT team to prioritize and implement projects focused on quick wins and long term strategies
- Develop and implement link-building plan to increase website authority
- Initiate and champion new ideas and testing plans
- Research, analyze and monitor market trends, benchmarks, and competitive environment
- Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, SEM, Social, and PR to develop and execute SEO strategies
- Effectively communicate SEO results and recommendations to executive management.
Key Responsibilities;
- Prior experience in content marketing, content growth and SEO
- Working knowledge of search engine optimization practices
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work within a team and independently
- Familiarization Google analytics
- Experience with website optimization tools
- Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
Earn Basic Salary: 25,000 upto 60,000 PKR + Great Bonus structure
