Requirements  

  • Minimum two years experirence in call canter industry
  • Minimum six months experience as Team Lead
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics  
  • Good PC skills, especially MS Excel  
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills  
  • Organizational and time-management skills  
  • Decision-making skills
