Job Responsibilities:

1. As the BA of the tool module, identify pain points in the module scenario, plan requirements, and design business improvement solutions.

2. Design business solutions for product-related requirements, including interaction design, and clarify the solutions to R&D personnel.

3. Take charge of UAT acceptance of tools, organize crowd testing, promotion and enablement, and operational improvement.

4. Continuously make improvements and take responsibility for the tool's efficiency improvement and burden reduction, user experience, number of users, and user satisfaction results. Service skill requirements:

1. Solution design capability: Have a good command of the basic methods of business architecture design,  have a database foundation, and be able to think about and plan tools based on the customer journey.

2. Product operation capability: Focus on users, enable users through scenario-based promotion,  enablement, and user interviews, and respond to user problems in a timely manner.

3. Communication and influence: Be able to effectively communicate with business departments and teams,  and drive issue closure by influencing relevant personnel.

4. Technical management capability: Experience in maintenance service or project management is preferred. Professional knowledge requirements:

1. At least two years of product business design or product development experience;

2. Have basic technical knowledge of the communication, database, and cloud-native  (kubernetes/docker/microservice).

3. Experience in data collection, data processing and analysis, data architecture design, and data modeling and governance is preferred.

4. At least three years of experience in the communications technology field; experience in designing and  O&M maintenance solutions for communication products (such as cloud core network, wireless network, and 

data) is preferred.
