We are looking for a customer-focused Phone Banking Officer to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with banking queries, and provide timely resolutions while ensuring service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls professionally and provide accurate information on banking products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and queries within defined timelines.
Promote and cross-sell bank products when required.
Maintain call logs and ensure compliance with bank policies and security protocols.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience in customer service or call center (banking preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving attitude with ability to work under pressure.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
